1. Concepts

1.1. Seller (data processor) – e-shop is owned by Angie’s Furniture Ltd.
1.2. Buyer – a natural or legal person who has ordered the product (s) in the online store
1.3. The Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods (the “Rules”) set out the rights, obligations, prices of goods, payment terms, delivery and return procedures, warranty conditions and other responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller (Angie’s Furniture Ltd).

2. The moment of concluding a distance purchase – sale contract

2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded when the Buyer forms a shopping cart, fills in the delivery data, clicks to order, the Seller contacts (by phone or e-mail) the Buyer to discuss specific individual needs, conditions, prices and agrees on order confirmation of the product (s).
2.2. A distance purchase and sale agreement can also be concluded by contacting the Seller directly via messenger, telephone or e-mail.

3. Buyer ‘s rights

3.1. The buyer has the right to order the goods in the e-shop in accordance with these and other rules set out in the information points of the e-shop.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to demand the deletion, correction of incorrect or inaccurate personal data by contacting the Seller in any way. The seller must comply immediately with the buyer’s request.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement if the Seller does not fulfill the agreed conditions in time or is unable to fully fulfill the conditions.

4. Obligations of the buyer

4.1. The Buyer must pay for the product (s), additional services and accept the product (s) in accordance with the procedure set forth in these rules.
4.2. If the data of the buyer changes, he must immediately update them or notify about the changed data.
4.3. The Buyer undertakes to comply with these rules and the requirements set forth in the legislation of the United Kingdom.
4.4. If the Buyer wishes to change the conditions of production or delivery of the goods, he may contact the Seller in any form. With the consent of the seller, the conditions may be changed for an additional fee.
4.5. When ordering goods, the buyer agrees that his / her personal data will be processed for the purposes of purchase and sale of goods.

5. Seller’s rights

5.1. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the e-shop, violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or terminate the use of the e-shop services without notice.
5.2. The seller has the right to restrict access to the e-shop services without prior notice.
5.3. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order in time, he has the right to change the conditions immediately after notifying the Buyer. If the Buyer does not agree with the new conditions, the Seller must refund the payment if the Buyer has paid for the product (s).

6. Seller’s obligations

6.1. The seller undertakes to enable the buyer to use the services of the online store
6.2. If the Seller is unable to produce the goods for the Buyer, he undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar product, and if the Buyer refuses to return the money within 14 days. In this case, the Seller is released from liability for non-delivery of the product (s) to the Buyer.

7. Guarantee of product quality

7.1. The general features of each product are provided next to the description of each product, the specific features are discussed when the Seller contacts at the time of ordering.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the shades, shape or size of the product in the photos in the e-shop may differ due to the specifications of the monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3. The online store has a 24-month warranty on all furniture.

8. Goods prices, payment and delivery / collection procedures

8.3. The Seller reserves the right to demand a partial advance payment from the Buyer.
8.4. The VAT invoice shall indicate the goods, their quantity, discounts, final price, taxes and other data required by the accounting legislation.
8.5. Delivery is possible at an additional cost. The need for delivery and the price are discussed when ordering the item (s).
8.6. The buyer can pick up the goods at the store free of charge.
8.7. When accepting the goods, the buyer must check the condition of the goods (s), the quantity and quality of the goods. If you notice damage or other discrepancies in the product (s), the Buyer may not accept the goods and the seller must correct the damage or other discrepancies.
8.8. Upon acceptance of the product (s) by the Buyer without complaints, the condition, quantity and quality of the product (s) shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the sales contract and additional services.
8.9. The Seller is released from liability in all cases if the goods are not delivered on time or are not delivered at all due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances belonging to the Buyer.
8.10. The delivered furniture may not be assembled yet.

9. Return and exchange of goods

9.1. The goods are manufactured according to the individual order of the Buyer, therefore they are not returned.

10. Responsibility

10.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form and the Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences of this data due to inaccuracy or erroneousness of this data.

11. Sending information

11.1. The Seller sends notices to the Buyer by e-mail provided in the order form, contacts by phone or messenger.
